What's the difference between Soft Skills and Hard Skills?

Can somebody please tell me what the difference is between hard and soft skills and if possible list as many examples of both? Thanks!

1. Sounds like you mean management skills. Soft would be observing people, listening and reacting. Hard skills would be you technical knowledge.
