What essential skills are needed for these to parts of my assignment?

In my assignment theres a question that asks what i thought was the easiest and hardest parts of the assignment but then asks what essentials skills I needed for both, I have no idea. 1.Talking to an entreperner and getting the answers I needed from him. (Easiest) 2.Rewriting questions and summerizing notes on the entreperneur. The reflective journal. (Hardest) What are the essential skills needed for both?
